Share a hobby you’ve picked up recently — what got you into it?

I pick up hobbies like heads-up pennies on the sidewalk, with a resounding “ooooooh!”.

I have decided to take on painting 3D models.

It came about from someone asking if I was artistic and if I’d be willing to paint some airplane models for them. I said I would give it a shot. Turns out, it’s not as simple as I thought it would be. Finding the best way to sand them, the best primer to use, the best paint to use, etc. has been a challenge. It honestly has me thinking about printing stickers to go on them buuuut I will push through and make something nice. At least nice enough for someone who isn’t artistic to judge. 😬
